At WorkStrong we believe that the best way to address workplace injuries is to be proactive and to prevent them from occurring. As part of this philosophy, we are constantly gathering statistical data that can be used to spot injury trends and address them before they become worse.
One method that we use to proactively address these injury trends is through strength and conditioning programs. Such programs address key areas of the body such as the shoulders, lower back, middle back, neck and knees through specific stretching, mobilising and resistance exercises.
